Filing
We have a team of experienced paralegals who arrange filing of all new design applications in Australia and around the world, under the supervision of our Designs Partner. Our attorneys are qualified to act directly before the Patent Offices in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and many Pacific Island nations.
We have a dedicated, experienced in-house draftsman who prepares all drawings for filing within the requirements of IP Australia and other offices around the world.
Prosecution

Partner Melbourne A mechanical engineer, Davin works closely with automotive and manufacturing clients, both in Australia and internationally. He works principally on engineering and related matters and his work includes the drafting of patent specifications, opinion work, and the prosecution of engineering patent applications before IP Australia.
