About the presenters:
Chris Schlicht is a lawyer, patent and trade marks attorney and a Partner of the POF Group. Chris has extensive experience in conducting litigation for local and international clients. He has conducted cases concerning the validity and the enforcement of patents, trade marks and designs, as well as the obtainment of rights in appeals from the Australian Intellectual Property Office.
David Longmuir is a lawyer, patent and trade marks attorney and a Senior Associate of the POF Group. David works in all areas of intellectual property litigation. He has been involved in patent litigation in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical areas and also has experience in relation to Plant Breeder’s rights. David also provides clients with advice in relation to non-contentious intellectual property matters.
