Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for Marketing Coordinator to join our small and supportive Marketing & Business Development (BD) team at Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick (POF) to work closely with and be mentored by an experienced Head of Marketing & BD.

The Marketing Coordinator will work collaboratively in a team that provides marketing and business development support to drive growth and brand awareness across POF’s practice areas, key clients, and strategic projects.

On a full-time or part-time basis, you will perform responsibilities across all aspects of marketing and business development, including overseeing social media platforms, coordinating firm client engagement events, and conducting research for attorney client visits.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & BD, your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the implementation of the firm’s content management strategy.
  • Ongoing market research and analysis into client and industry data and insights.
  • Assisting with the production of online advertising including the coordinating and reporting for Google Adword and LinkedIn Paid campaigns.
  • Updating and maintaining marketing collateral.
  • Researching and creating promotional items.
  • Coordinating the development of tender responses and pricing proposals.
  • Conducting research for attorney business development activities.

About you

You are a reliable, open-minded individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude, who is keen to further develop their skills in a range of exciting marketing and business development projects. You will also possess the following:

  • A tertiary degree in Marketing, Communications or Business and/or at least 2 years of relevant experience within a professional environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain a high level of detail.
  • IT & systems proficiency.
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaborate within a team.
