Dr Stephen Clarke, the Chief Chemist for our client Change Climate, has recently been elected as the Chair of the Australian International Chapter of the American Chemical Society (ACS). The ACS is the largest scientific representative society in the world, with the Australian chapter being one of 26 international chapters. We’re delighted to celebrate Stephen’s achievement and look forward to his vision of fostering a vibrant community that creates opportunities for Australian chemists.
Stephen has an extensive background in chemistry, with 17 years of industry experience and having led research groups at Flinders University and the Mawson Institute. Also, as a fellow of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI) and the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC), Stephen is passionate about building the local chemistry community and fostering new opportunities.
