On 9 May 2016, POF hosted a wine tasting and networking event as part of the 2016 AusMedtech national conference in Adelaide. The wine tasting was conducted by local wine producer, and POF client, Two Hands Wines (THW).
POF’s Lead Partner for medical technology, Dr Scott Whitmore, welcomed guests and spoke about POF’s expertise in the medical device and technology field. Once the brief formalities were completed, guests were treated to a wine tasting by the team from THW, including Cellar Door Manager, Shannon Kruschel, Brand Ambassador, Mark Thomas, and Marketing Manager, Zoë Wilde. The THW team presented a selection of wines from their current portfolio, focussing on regional varietals such as Shiraz and Moscato.
The relaxed evening was a great start to the conference and was well-received, with over 60 people in attendance, including prominent leaders in medical technology, biological technology, pharmaceuticals, and education.
